Qualifying Returns

Bloomstone Beauty accepts local shop purchase returns within 14 days of purchase.

Returned items are eligible for a full refund providing all items retain an intact and originally placed Bloomstone Beauty seal on the outer packaging, packaging item is undamaged, in an unused condition, and of course still in its original packaging.

In the event the seal is broken, cut or removed, a return on sale is refused.

How to Return

Please message Chloe and arrange for a suitable drop off at Bloomstone Beauty where your refund will be processed together with a receipt from your original shop order.

After receipt of your return item(s), I will process your return(s) within 7 working days.

Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment.
