Each treatment you book has an internal (invisible for clients) 15 minute slot blocked out either side of your appointment.

This is essential for Chloe to ensure your treatment space is perfectly clean, set-up and awaiting your arrival so that your spa experience at home starts from the moment you enter to the moment you leave.

Chloe does not operate a transactional back2back calendar focused on maximising daily treatment numbers, and will never do so.

Therefore, all appointments are subject to a 50% deposit at checkout and this deposit will be used as part payment towards your treatment cost and the balance outstanding paid at the end of your visit to Bloomstone Beauty.
